Shipping Policy

THE FRITH delivers across Pakistan through trusted third-party courier partners. By placing an order at thefrith.store, you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation. Processing may take longer during sales, public holidays, high-volume periods, or where additional verification is required.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are:

  • Major cities: 2–5 working days

  • Other cities and remote areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, operational disruptions, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Any free-shipping promotion is subject to the stated minimum order value and may be changed, paused, or withdrawn without prior notice.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for serviceable addresses within Pakistan.

For COD orders:

  • Please provide an accurate name, mobile number, and complete delivery address.

  • Our team may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email to verify your order before dispatch.

  • Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed, placed on hold, or cancelled.

  • Payment must be made directly to the courier at the time of delivery.

  • Please do not make payments to any personal bank account, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or number unless officially communicated through THE FRITH customer support.

THE FRITH may limit or disable COD for customers with repeated order refusals, incomplete addresses, unresponsive contact details, or suspicious order activity.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, contact us immediately at info@thefrith.store.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or dispatched. Once an order is handed to the courier, changes may depend on the courier’s procedures and may result in delivery delays.

Failed Delivery and Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal without a valid reason, or customer unavailability, the order may be cancelled.

For re-dispatch requests, additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect the outer packaging when your order arrives. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thefrith.store.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief explanation of the issue

We will review the matter and provide the appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellation

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@thefrith.store with your order number.

Cancellation requests can only be considered before the order has been dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our Return & Exchange Policy.

THE FRITH reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Failed order verification

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer details

  • Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity

  • Delivery restrictions in a particular location
