Return & Refund Policy

At THE FRITH, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Exchange or Return

You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the item:

  • Is unworn, unwashed, unused, and unaltered

  • Has all original tags attached

  • Is returned in its original packaging

  • Is free from perfume, deodorant marks, stains, damage, or any sign of use

  • Meets the conditions outlined in this policy

To initiate a request, email info@thefrith.store with your order number, item name, reason for the request, and clear photos where relevant.

A request does not guarantee approval. All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection by THE FRITH.

Size Exchange

We offer one size exchange per eligible item, subject to product availability.

If your required size is unavailable, we may offer store credit, an alternative product, or another resolution at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges unless THE FRITH sent the incorrect size.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thefrith.store.

After verification, THE FRITH may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the same item, subject to availability

  • Exchange for another available item

  • Store credit

  • Refund, where applicable and approved

For approved incorrect, damaged, or defective items, THE FRITH will bear the applicable return or replacement delivery cost.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved cases involving:

  • Incorrect item sent by THE FRITH

  • Verified manufacturing defect

  • Verified damage received before customer use

  • An item that is unavailable after payment has been received

Refunds are not offered for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Colour preference or product expectation where the item matches its listed description

  • Minor colour differences caused by screen settings, lighting, or photography

  • Items returned without approval

  • Items that do not meet return eligibility conditions

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method where possible, or through a mutually agreed method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Sale, Discounted, and Promotional Items

Discounted, sale, bundle, and promotional items are final sale unless they are incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Size exchange for discounted items may be considered only where stock is available and the item meets all exchange conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, the following may not be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Headwear that has been worn, tried on without hygiene protection, washed, or used

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Products marked as final sale

  • Gift cards, if offered

  • Customized or personalized products, if offered

Return Shipping

For a customer-requested exchange, including size changes, the customer is responsible for return delivery charges.

For an approved incorrect, damaged, or defective item, THE FRITH will provide instructions for return or replacement.

Do not send any item back without approval from our support team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
